How much is shipping?
Shipping charges depend on where you live in the world. Each order will show the available shipping options for your geo location.
We can offer Priority Express Shipping on continental U.S. orders, so that is shown as an option. Although we do offer Express shipping, that only affects the length of the "shipping time". The production time remains the same 3 - 5 business days which gives our team time to create the bikinis.
Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive my bikini(s)?
Our products are handmade and some orders may take up to 3 - 5 business days to complete. Customers in the USA will normally receive their order within 4 to 5 business days from when the order is shipped. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed on those days will ship between Monday and Wednesday.
International orders will typically take 14-21 business days to get to you from the date the order is shipped. If the package is delayed for customs clearance it can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. Some international shipments will experience customs clearance delays and we have no control over the customs clearance process.
Do you offer express or overnight shipping?
We can offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express Shipping services and this is shown as an option for purchase during checkout. Although we offer these services, production time is still 3 - 7 business days for the items to be produced before shipping.
Will there be Taxes and Customs Duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Rates will vary from country to country. Most countries do not have import fees however, please check with your local customs office or proper authority for rates if you are concerned about possible fees.
What type of packaging do you use?
Customers in the U.S. will have their orders packed in either a US Post Office priority mail envelope or a plain envelope. Our shipping envelopes are discreet. International orders are packed in a plain white envelope. A customs form with a description of the contents may be required to appear on the outside of some international shipments. We list "bikini" as the contents at the value you paid.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 60 days of order.
How long do we have to request an exchange or return the item for store credit?
You are able to return items within 60 days from the date we have shipped your package.
Is there a fee to return my items to you?
Yes, we do require a $5.00 handling fee, but this amount goes toward the return label for you to ship it back to us, as well as towards the new shipping label in order for you to receive your new item(s). You are able to print your label directly from our site to package your item effortlessly!
When do we receive our exchange or store credit?
Once we have received your package, we will process the return immediately. An email will be sent to the email we have on file with your store credit code. Your exchanged items will normally be shipped back to you within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
How long does the return process take?
You can get through the return process within 2-5 mins. Everything is extremely simple. You can print your return label online and use the same package that we shipped it to you in as well.
